We process orders within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is on its way.

During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be extended by 1–2 additional business days. We appreciate your patience.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

The estimated delivery windows above are calculated from the shipment date. Delivery times may vary by region and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping

LOOVEPETS ships internationally to select countries. International orders typically arrive within 8–18 business days, though customs clearance may cause additional delays.

Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are not collected by LOOVEPETS and are the customer's responsibility to pay.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email as soon as your order is dispatched. You can use this number on the carrier's website to track your delivery.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

We take shipping incidents seriously. If your package is lost or damaged, email us at support@loovepets.shop within 5 days of the expected arrival date. Provide your order number and any supporting photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Address Accuracy

Double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. LOOVEPETS cannot be held responsible for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect address.
